Rebecca has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years, having started in administration for a mortgage broking firm, then quickly gaining her accreditation as a broker. As a broker, Rebecca has a keen eye for creative and thoughtful solutions, specialising in helping clients map out their financial future with tailored mortgage strategies that align with their long-term goals. As leader of our support team, Rebecca ensures our clients a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish (and beyond), with careful guidance through the complexities of the lending process with a focus on personalised care and clear communication.

Charmaine has worked for over 25 years in the finance industry, having started out with a big bank, and then shifting focus to become a broker. She takes great pride in having helped countless clients start their journey to wealth creation and achieve home ownership in that time, particularly those with a connection to her Filipino community. She is dedicated and tenacious in her pursuit of solutions for all of her clients, and as a passionate and astute property investor herself, her insights and guidance are second to none. Charmaine has grown her client base almost exclusively through word of mouth referrals and repeat clients, which is testament to her outstanding customer service.

Chris has worked in the finance industry as a mortgage broker for over 22 years, and is a wealth of knowledge, with innumerable clients benefiting from his expertise in that time. He is our resident subject matter expert, with a passion for research, and a meticulous approach to all client advice. He has a wide breadth of knowledge about mortgage and debt markets, and takes great pride in employing this knowledge to provide comprehensive, tailored and thorough solutions to ensure his clients can achieve their goals. Outside of work, Chris enjoys travel, playing golf and watching and supporting his favourite sporting teams.

Diana has 20 years of experience across accounting, tax, and corporate compliance before transitioning to mortgage brokering. With a strong background in finance, Diana focuses on providing insightful and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs. She specialises in helping clients map out their financial future with mortgage strategies designed to align with their long-term goals. Known for her commitment to exceptional customer service, Diana ensures a smooth and seamless experience, guiding clients through the complexities of the lending process with clear communication and personalised care from start to finish.

With over 9 years of experience in the industry, Kirsty started out working with Charmaine as a personal assistant, and gained her accreditations to also become a Mortgage Broker herself soon after. She left us for a while to gain some additional industry experience, but has now returned home! Kirsty is committed to providing tailored advice and care, ensuring her clients find the most suitable mortgage options for their situation. Whether first homebuyers, refinancers, or investors, Kirsty’s expertise helps clients make informed and confident decisions for their financial future. She has a deep understanding of the mortgage market and is passionate about helping her clients navigate the complexities of securing the best options. Her client-focused approach, combined with her comprehensive industry knowledge, makes her a trusted advisor in the mortgage space. Outside of being a Broker, Kirsty loves going on adventures with her husband and kids. Whether it's exploring new cities, or caravan trips, Kirsty finds joy in discovering new places and creating lasting memories with her family.
